Orders over $50 ship for free.

At Sugie Baby, we take pride in providing “top notch" boutique style service. When your package arrives, your purchases will be wrapped in tissue, sealed with a foil emblem, encased in bubble wrap, and placed in a double tapped box to provide an attractive and protected means of transporting your order. Orders under $50 receive $4.95 shipping. Orders over $50 receive FREE Standard Shipping to the 48 continuous United States.

What method of shipping will you use?

Standard shipping in the lower 48 states is provided by USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground service free of charge on orders over $50 and at the reasonable rate of $4.95 for all other orders. All orders are shipped from our facility in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.

Do you accept international orders?

We're sorry, is currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.


How can I track my package once it has been shipped?

We will email you your tracking number along with instructions on how to track your package once your order has shipped.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item purchased through, please follow the steps below. Simply return within 30 days.

1) Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

2) Please write the reason for your return on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. If you are returning a gift, please write “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice.

4) For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or insured Parcel Post).


We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. Additional information can be found in the section “Damaged Items”

• Returns are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.

Please note: Only products purchased on may be returned for refund. Only new (unworn and unused) items in their original packaging may be returned. Shipping charges will be applied to an order that qualified for free shipping, if the returned items cause the order to fall below the $50 free shipping threshold.
